Hello and welcome to Proof 2.0, our brand new website featuring a ton of our latest and greatest work.
For starters, our portfolio page has been given both a facelift and a much needed update – now it includes the debut trailer for our short film ‘Amaryllis’, our recent branding work for Prescient Power and the new site for esteemed artist, Peter Leadbeater.
We also now have a Proof Blog, where we will keep all our followers up to date with our most recent news, events and client activity. Whilst on our ‘about’ page, we’ve started to feature many of the glowing testimonials offered by our clients since our creation.
Finally our favorite addition is something we’ve dubbed ‘Proof +’ – a cool new feature set to become the visual playground for everything we’ve ever made. No matter how big, small, wild or simple, on here we will showcase our short films, editorial design, viral videos, portraiture photography, typography and various other miscellaneous material from past, present and future.
All in all it’s a very exciting time for us, as we’ll be using this re-launch to hammer our company further into Leicester’s creative market, as an up and coming new business in the cultural quarter.
Proof has always been committed to helping establish young talent.
With the UK having one of the strongest and most respected creative industries in the world, breaking into it has always been extraordinarily difficult – but today it is just about the hardest it has ever been.
We know this at Proof, because it wasn’t too long ago that we stood beneath this formidable behemoth ourselves, portfolios clutched in one hand and Oyster Cards in the other. We’ve experienced the frustration and anguish of big city life and we’ve heard first hand, the internship horror stories that are rife amongst graduates. We’ve lived off a shoestring budget, drank heartily from cans of bargain beer and been forced to find happiness within things far greater than money.
And so the name ‘Proof’ was coined, derived as a response to this exploitative treatment where older, blinkered individuals restrict the growth of graduates and stamp out this new blood.
This is why we exist. To do justice for those fearless graduates who are never given a chance to prove themselves – We here to represent you, so if you want help or advice on what to do next, then feel free to get in touch.
Proof is now officially closed for the Holidays, due to reopen its office doors on the 2nd of January 2012 for a new year that is already teaming with extremely exciting projects.
You can still contact us via mail@proof.is if you have any enquiries and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
We would like to wish all our friends, family and clients a very Merry Christmas and an equally Happy New Year!
The Proof team will soon be joining forces with some of Leicesters most promising young creatives, to start work on the top secret ‘Project X’. A collaborative effort to push our company forwards, and to dip our toes in a new and unexplored sector of the creative industry,
